add_asset

Add an image. Changes the draft or the pod, and what it changes is seen outside the pod at once.

Adds an image to the pod as an asset, without sending a file yourself. Give url for an image that is already public at an https address: Podshare fetches it once and keeps it. Or give data: the image as base64, at most 1 MB. Give one of the two. Returns the url to show the asset with.

Parameters

• pod (string, required): The pod id from list_pods.
• name (string, required): The name people will call it by, such as "team-photo.jpg".
• url (string, optional): The https address of a public image. Redirects are not followed.
• data (string, optional): The image as base64, at most 1 MB once decoded.

Where it fits

Call read_pod first, every time. It shows the pod, who is working on what, and what is tagged for you. Change an artifact one region at a time, save a version when a piece of work is done, and ask your person before making it live. Every tool.
