Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CAFE SOFTWARE LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Cafe Software", "we", "us"), and govern your use of podshare.ai, podshare.site, pslink.io, and the Podshare service (together, the "Service").
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Podshare provides shared spaces, called pods, where people and the AI tools they connect create and edit interactive web content, called artifacts, save versions of those artifacts, share them with others, and publish them on the web, at podshare.site and at domains of their own. For what you publish, Podshare is a hosting service: we store and serve it for you.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, and able to form a binding contract.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by any AI tool you connect to it. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- During the beta we may limit who can join, and may withdraw access.
4. Your content
- You own it. You keep all rights in the content you and your AI tools create in or bring to the Service.
- License to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to share it with the people you choose.
- Your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights needed to use your content in the Service, and that it does not break the law or these Terms.
- Shared pods. Other members of a pod, and the AI tools they connect, can view and change that pod's content according to the role they have been given.
- We host, you publish. We host the content you publish through the Service, on podshare.site and on domains of your own, as a service to you. You are its publisher. We do not create, choose, edit, or endorse it, and we are not obliged to monitor it, though we may look at it to operate the Service, to keep it safe, or to respond to a report.
5. AI tools you connect
- AI tools you connect are provided by other companies under your own agreements with them. We are not responsible for those tools, what they cost you, or how their providers handle information.
- A connected AI tool acts as you. You are responsible for what it reads, writes, and publishes in the Service.
- Content produced by AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review it before you rely on it or share it. It is not professional advice.
Sprout
Sprout is an AI helper built into the Service, which runs on AI models we provide. Using him is free, within an allowance that is limited and can run out. Sprout is not part of any paid plan. We may change his allowance, the models he uses, or what he can do, or stop offering him, at any time and without notice. Sprout acts for the person who asked him, and what he does is that person's, as with an AI tool they connect.
6. Sharing, publishing, and your own domain
You decide who is added to a pod and which versions of an artifact are made live. A preview link opens one saved version to anyone who has the link, without signing in, until the link expires. In a personal pod, a share link, at pslink.io, does the same for up to 28 days, with Podshare's footer on the page, until it expires or is turned off. We check a version before its share link opens, as we do before a version is public, and may hold it until a person at Podshare has looked at it. You are responsible for who you send links to.
- Public artifacts. An org with a domain of its own can make artifacts public. The live version of a public artifact can be seen by anyone on the internet without signing in, and can be found, copied, and indexed by others. Make an artifact public only when you mean everyone to see it.
- Checks before content is public. We check a version automatically before it is shown publicly, and may hold it until a person at Podshare has looked at it. These checks are there to limit abuse of the Service. They are not a review of your content for accuracy, legality, or quality, and a version that passes them is not one we have approved.
- Your domain. When you connect a domain, you confirm that you or your org control it and may use it. You are responsible for its registration and its DNS records. When you stop using it with the Service, remove the records that point it at us. We may stop serving a domain that breaks these Terms, or that we can no longer confirm is yours.
- The people who visit. The people who visit an artifact you publish are your visitors. If an artifact collects information from them, for example through a form, you are responsible for that: tell them what you collect and why, have a lawful basis for collecting it, and give them a privacy notice of your own where the law requires one. We handle that information on your behalf, as our Privacy Policy describes.
7. Acceptable use
Artifacts made in Podshare can contain working code. You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, or infringe or violate anyone's rights;
- create or distribute phishing content, artifacts that collect passwords or payment details under false pretenses, malware, or code meant to harm a viewer or their device;
- impersonate a person or organization, or mislead people about who is behind an artifact;
- publish content that is sexually exploitative of minors, that harasses or threatens, or that promotes violence;
- send spam, or use artifacts to redirect visitors to deceptive or harmful sites;
- probe, attack, or get around the security or access controls of the Service, or access content you have not been given access to;
- overload the Service, or use it to store or distribute files, or to run software, other than as part of the artifacts you build and publish in it;
- copy or scrape the Service to build a competing product.
We may remove content, disable links, and suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe break these rules, with or without notice.
Reporting content
To report an artifact that breaks these Terms or the law, write to support@podshare.ai with its address and what is wrong with it. We look at every report, and may take an artifact down, or suspend a pod or an account, while we do.
Copyright complaints
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send a notice to our designated agent:
DMCA Agent, CAFE SOFTWARE LLC
8735 Dunwoody Place, Ste 11891, Atlanta, GA 30350
support@podshare.ai
The notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the address of the material on the Service, and enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If we remove your content after a notice, we will tell you. If you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature; the material that was removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, postal address, and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found, and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may then restore the material after 10 to 14 business days, unless the person who sent the notice tells us they have gone to court.
We close, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
8. Beta service
The Service is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times. Content could be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important. The beta is provided as it is, without any commitment to service levels or support.
9. Plans, fees, and billing
Plans, and active and readonly pods
The Service is offered on a free plan, called Personal, and on paid plans, called Pro and Enterprise. Our pricing page shows what each plan includes and what it costs. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Active pods. An active pod is one that people and the AI tools they connect can work in. A plan allows a set number of active pods at one time.
- Readonly pods. A readonly pod cannot be changed by anyone until it is made active again. Everything it has published stays published, and everyone who could open it still can. A pod owner chooses which pods are active and which are readonly, and can change that at any time, within the number of active pods the plan allows.
- More active pods than the plan allows. If a person or an org has more active pods than their plan allows, for example after moving to a smaller size, none of their pods can be changed until enough of them are made readonly or the plan is made larger. We do not choose for you, and nothing is removed.
- Limits. Plans have limits on pods, people, storage, and how long the history of changes is kept. Where the pricing page says "unlimited" people on a pod, the Service allows up to 500 people on one pod. If you need more, contact us.
- Fair use of views. Each size of Pro includes a number of views a month across the org's domains, shown on the pricing page: 1,000,000, 5,000,000, or 25,000,000. A view is one time someone, or a search engine, opens a published artifact. We do not stop serving a site that goes past its plan's views. If a site is far past them for more than a short time, we may ask you to move up a size or to Enterprise. During an attack or a flood of traffic, we may ask visitors to a site to pass a check at the network edge until it is over.
Paying for Pro
- Who you pay. Pro is sold to an org. Payments are taken by CAFE SOFTWARE LLC through our payment processor, and appear on a card statement as PODSHARE. Our payment processor handles your card details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- No free trial. The Personal plan is the way to try the Service. An org on Pro is charged when it is created, for the size and the billing period, monthly or yearly, that you choose.
- Renewal. A Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price then in effect, and the payment method on file is charged, until the subscription is cancelled.
- Changing size. You can move an org to a larger or smaller size of Pro. Moving to a larger size takes effect at once, and you are charged the difference for the rest of the current period. Moving to a smaller size takes effect at the next renewal, with no credit for the current period.
- Cancelling. An owner of the org can cancel at any time from the org's billing settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. The org keeps its plan until then. Deleting an org cancels its subscription at once.
- No refunds. Payments are not refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for a period that is partly used, for a move to a smaller size, or for an org that is deleted, except where the law requires it.
- Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, other than taxes on our income.
- Add-ons. An org on Pro can add more to its plan, such as storage packs, as the pricing page offers. An add-on is part of the org's subscription: it is charged, renewed, and cancelled with it, and everything in this section applies to it.
- Enterprise. Enterprise plans are agreed with us in writing. Where that agreement differs from this section, the agreement applies.
When a payment fails or a subscription ends
- Retries. If a payment fails, we try the payment method again over about three weeks, and the org's owners are told how to fix it. The org keeps its plan during that time.
- Unpaid orgs. If the payment still has not been made when the retries end, or once a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its period, the org is unpaid. Nothing in the pods of an unpaid org can be changed. Everything those pods have published stays published for 90 days, and we email the org's owners reminders during that time. Paying within the 90 days restores the org at once.
- After 90 days. If the org is still unpaid after 90 days, it is deleted: its pods are no longer available, its artifacts are no longer served, and its address becomes available to others.
- Unfinished payment. If the first payment for a new org is not completed within 24 hours, the org is deleted and its address is released.
Price changes
We may change the prices of paid plans. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies to you, and it will apply from your next renewal after that notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal.
Org addresses
An org has an address on podshare.site, such as acme.podshare.site. You do not own that address. Do not choose an address that infringes someone else's trademark or that impersonates a person or organization. We may reclaim or change an address that we reasonably believe does either, or that breaks these Terms. Where we change an address, we will tell the org's owners, and the old address will redirect to the new one where it can.
The beta
During the beta we may limit who can join the Service. The plans, limits, and prices on the pricing page may change before the official launch. A change in price applies to an org that is already paying only as described under "Price changes" above.
10. Our intellectual property and your feedback
We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms do not give you any rights in them beyond the right to use the Service as offered. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on and connects to services run by other companies, and artifacts can link to other sites. We are not responsible for those services or sites. Artifacts other people publish through the Service, on podshare.site or on their own domains, are their content and not ours.
12. Ending use of the Service
You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. Closing an account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription: cancel it first, as section 9 describes. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue after the end of these Terms will do so, including sections 4, 10, and 13 through 17, and any amounts owed under section 9.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT, INCLUDING CONTENT PRODUCED BY AI TOOLS, WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRESERVED.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAFE SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
15. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Cafe Software against any claims, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the Service, the actions of AI tools you connect, or your breach of these Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
- Talk to us first. Before starting a formal dispute, contact us at support@podshare.ai and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
- Arbitration. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court or seek an injunction to protect intellectual property.
- No class actions. Disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
- Opting out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
- Courts. If arbitration does not apply, the state and federal courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to that venue.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or through the Service before it takes effect. Using the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. We choose the companies and technology we use to run the Service, and may change them at any time; doing so is not a change to these Terms.
18. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
