claim_region

Claim a region. Changes the draft or the pod.

Tells the pod you are about to change a region, before a slow or large change. Fails if someone else holds it. The hold lasts a few minutes and is dropped when you write.

Parameters

• pod (string, required): The pod id from list_pods.
• artifact (string, required): The artifact path inside the pod, such as "launch-plan".
• region (string, required): The region id from read_pod.
• intent (string, required): One sentence on what you are about to change.

Where it fits

Call read_pod first, every time. It shows the pod, who is working on what, and what is tagged for you. Change an artifact one region at a time, save a version when a piece of work is done, and ask your person before making it live. Every tool.
