create_share_link

Create a share link. Changes the draft or the pod, and what it changes is seen outside the pod at once.

Makes a share link to one saved version of an artifact in a personal pod: anyone who holds the link opens that version at pslink.io, with no account, for 7 days. Only when your person asks for one. They renew it, turn it off, or make a longer one from the artifact's Access settings on the pod page. The version is checked first, and one a check holds does not open until Podshare has looked: the answer says so under held. Takes any Podshare address as url in place of pod and artifact.

Parameters

• pod (string, optional): The pod id from list_pods.
• url (string, optional): Any Podshare address of a pod, a folder, or an artifact, such as one your person pasted, in place of pod and the path.
• artifact (string, optional): The artifact path inside the pod, such as "launch-plan".
• version (string, required): The version id from save_version or read_pod.

Where it fits

Call read_pod first, every time. It shows the pod, who is working on what, and what is tagged for you. Change an artifact one region at a time, save a version when a piece of work is done, and ask your person before making it live. Every tool.
