List pods. Reads only.

Lists the pods you can work in, with their ids and URLs. For a person who has not finished signing up, setup says what is missing and what to do: choose_username, then create_pod.

Where it fits

Call read_pod first, every time. It shows the pod, who is working on what, and what is tagged for you. Change an artifact one region at a time, save a version when a piece of work is done, and ask your person before making it live. Every tool.
